Scale Technician
Location: Richmond, VA and Suffolk, VA (2 positions available)
Description: We are seeking additional field service technicians for our Richmond and Suffolk, VA service areas. The primary job responsibility is to install, troubleshoot, repair and calibrate weighing equipment along with the associated peripheral devices. Must have a positive customer service attitude.
No prior scale experience required.
We will train the right candidates.
Preferred Skill Sets:
- Must have a current Driver’s License, with a good driving record
- Able to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B
- Possess a mechanical aptitude
- Electrical and/or electronic experience preferred
- Computer literate
- Have good oral and written skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Enjoy working independently
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Welding experience is a plus
- Willing to work overtime and weekends, as needed
